Notice the large amount of firewood for the weekend. The hams participating included Frank, KE7YEM, Don, KC7U, Bob, W7RLS, Jim, N7YJK, John, NO6Z, Bill, KD7FDW, Deb, KE7TMF, and John, KD7HGS. Don's wife and two grand kids where there, Jim's wife and Bill's wife where also enjoying the campout.

John, NO6Z, takes a break from pounding the key. He made 22 contacts Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

Bob, W7RLS, hard at work making contacts.

Don, KC7U, enjoying himself while making a few contacts.

Bill, KD7FDW, made a few contacts during the ccontest.

Jim, N7YJK, didn't set up his radio but did supply lots of support during the weekend. I hope he sets it up at the 7 Land QSO Contest May 2 -3.

The Idaho QSO Party was March 14 - 15 from 1:00 PM Saturday to 1:00 PM Sunday, local time. We had seven hams there with spouses and grandkids so we had large group of people in three group camp sites. We set up the OD green army tent and five tranceivers. we didn't make a lot of contacts (77) but had a score of 5123. More importantly we had fun. Saturday night we had a potluck and boy, did we have the food. Some cooked steak, of course there were the hotdogs and hamburgers and someone even brought lasagne. Of course there were salads, baked goods and cookies to fill the holes in our stomachs.
