Old Business:

A. Trick or Trot Endurance Race.

B. Voted to increase the club yearly dues from $30 to $35 for individual and family from $40 to $45.

C. Nov. 8 Tech Day V

Active Business:

1. Nominations for Dec. election of new Board members.

2. Vote to change the term from 3 years to 1, additional terms if exiting Board members volunteer.

3. By-Laws should be changed prior to submitting names in November to be voted on in Dec.

4. Club License transferred back to John Knapp. Paper work will submitted by Sec/Tres. As soon as Gov. offices reopen.

5. Raffle for 2025 ends at Xmas, each ticket is 5$ or 5/20$ Current income for club $___

New Business:

1. Nominees for 2026 Board.

2. Board meeting to draft By-Laws to be voted on.

3. Dec. 17 Christmas Party: Sunrise Restaurant, Caldwell Id. 4:00pm - 7:00 pm
